A good conversation isn’t about your CV. We’ve already read it.

We want to know what gives you energy. Which technologies genuinely excite you, not just the ones that happen to be on your list. What kind of environment brings out your best work. What you’ve been missing up until now.

Prepare

When you arrive in the Netherlands, we welcome you personally. We welcome you at our office and take time to prepare you for the upcoming interview. Together we go through the details of the role and the company so you feel confident and well prepared.

You’ll also have the chance to explore the surroundings and get a first impression of living here.

Meet

Now it’s your turn. We bring you to the conversation and then deliberately take a step back. This is your moment, not ours. You’re the one showing what you’re made of.

Afterwards we sit down together. How did it feel? Did it match the picture you had? Was there anything that surprised you, good or bad? A good match is never one-sided. If something didn’t quite click, we’ll say so. Because your confidence in this decision matters more to us than a quick placement.

Congrats, you're hired

This is the moment everything was leading to. Both sides feel it’s right. The contract is signed. And somewhere inside you, maybe for the first time in years, there’s a sense that you’ve landed in the right place. That you’re about to do work that matters, in an environment that believes in you.

We don’t let go after the signature. From here, we start preparing everything that comes next. And we do that together.
