About this opportunity
As a High Tech Cleaning Operator you clean and prepare high-value precision components for the cleanroom production process. You make sure every product is cleaned according to the correct procedure and meets the strict quality standards of the high-tech industry.
Depending on the cleaning cell you work in, you operate automated cleaning machines, load and unload products, monitor cleaning processes and perform quality inspections. Many products are fragile, expensive and made to extremely tight tolerances, so accuracy matters in every step. The work is mostly done standing and asks for a hands-on mentality and a careful approach.
Your daily responsibilities
- Loading and unloading products into automated cleaning installations
- Operating automated cleaning systems and vacuum furnaces
- Selecting the correct cleaning program for different materials
- Checking the quality of chemical cleaning baths
- Performing visual inspections on cleanliness, stains and scratches
- Preparing products for transport into the cleanroom
- Working according to strict quality, safety and cleanroom procedures
- Keeping the workplace clean and organised
What you bring
- Experience operating machines or automated production equipment
- Ability to work accurately according to work instructions
- Good understanding of safety and quality procedures
- Physically fit and comfortable with standing work
- An eye for detail
- Good command of English and willingness to learn Dutch
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
What you can expect
- Salary between €2,900 and €3,600 gross per month, depending on education and experience
- 20% shift allowance in the 2-shift system
- 5% ADV allowance on top of your base salary
- 8% holiday allowance
- 25 holiday days per year
- Travel allowance
