Assemble high-precision wheel hub units on a highly automated production line in a brand-new factory.

About this opportunity
As a Mechanical Assembly Technician you work on a highly automated production line in a brand-new, modern factory. Together with your team you assemble complex wheel hub units for Volvo Trucks with the utmost precision.
The company is a first-tier supplier of machined and assembled components for the automotive, hydraulics and transport sectors, working with cutting-edge CNC machinery and robotic production lines.
You start in day shift to get familiar with the products and processes, after which you move to a 3-shift schedule. This position is not in a cleanroom.
Your daily responsibilities
- Assembling high-precision wheel hub components
- Performing quality checks and identifying irregularities
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating closely with colleagues in production and quality
What you bring
- A technical VMBO or MBO education (EQF level 2 to 4)
- Experience in assembly or production environments
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Fluent in English or Dutch
- Technically minded and precise
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
What you can expect
- Salary between €2,600 and €3,100 gross per month, depending on education and experience
- 25% shift allowance on top of your base salary
