About this opportunity
As a Mechanical Repair Technician you work in the Repair Department, where used tools and systems come back for maintenance and refurbishment. You make sure every tool leaves the department in optimal condition: you analyse faults, carry out repairs, assemble components and test the result, so the tool can be used again at the highest quality standards.

Your daily responsibilities
- Performing fault analyses on returned tools and equipment
- Repairing mechanical and mechatronic systems
- Assembling and reassembling repaired tools
- Testing, validating, adjusting and calibrating equipment
- Carrying out modifications and improvements
- Assessing components and tools against quality requirements
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Reporting findings and repair activities
What you bring
- A technical education at EQF level 3, 4 or 5 in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automotive technology or similar
- Experience with maintenance and repair of tools or technical systems
- Mechanical and/or mechatronic knowledge
- Experience reading technical drawings
- An analytical, structured and quality-oriented way of working
- Good command of English, Dutch is an advantage
- You can obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
What you can expect
- Salary between €2,800 and €3,300 gross per month, depending on education, knowledge and experience
- 8.33% holiday allowance and 5% ADV allowance
- 25 holiday days per year and travel allowance
