About this opportunity
As a CNC Grinder, you are responsible for finishing complex, high-precision components within the mechanical workshop. You will work with cylindrical and surface grinding machines, mainly Studer, on small series and single-piece production.
Together with a team of millers, turners and grinders, you will manufacture challenging, high-quality workpieces for customers in the semiconductor, medical, optical and pharmaceutical industries.
Your daily responsibilities
- Setting up and operating cylindrical and surface grinding machines
- Sharing responsibility for the entire grinding process
- Contributing to machining strategies
- Selecting and calibrating tools
- Choosing suitable fixturing methods
- Measuring workpieces and assessing quality
- Maintaining stable, controlled production processes
What you bring
- A strong passion for machining
- Familiarity with Siemens, Heidenhain or Fanuc controls, or conventional grinding
- Knowledge of materials and tools
- Knowledge of measuring methods and equipment
- Experience reading technical drawings
- A focus on productivity and quality
- A meticulous approach, ambition and a team spirit
What you can expect
- Salary between €3,450 and €5,100 gross per month, depending on experience and age
