About this opportunity

As a CNC Miller, you are responsible for machining complex, high-precision components. You will work with 5-axis DMG DMU machines with Heidenhain controls, focusing on setup, execution and process control.

Programming is handled by the CAM department, allowing you to focus on precise execution and process stability.

Your daily responsibilities

  • Setting up and operating 4- and 5-axis milling machines
  • Working with Heidenhain controlled machines
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Preparing tooling and complex clamping setups
  • Monitoring long machining cycles
  • Performing interim measurements and quality checks
  • Following validated work instructions
  • Collaborating with the CAM department on process improvements
