About this opportunity
As a CNC Programmer/Setter you independently prepare, program and set up CNC machines for complex machining operations, working with Mazak machines and Mazatrol controls. This is not mass production, but high-quality machining projects for customers in industries where precision, reliability and flexibility are essential.

Your daily responsibilities
- Programming and setting up vertical and horizontal CNC milling machines
- Working with Mazak machines and Mazatrol controls
- Optimising machining strategies and cycle times
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Selecting tools and determining machining methods
- Performing measurements and quality checks
- Independently solving machining and process challenges
- Collaborating with colleagues from production and engineering
