About this opportunity
As a CNC Turner you manufacture complex parts in small to medium series, working with machines such as Okuma, DMG Mori and Nakamura. You will be fully trained internally as a technician in this field.
The company is a leading supplier with around 200 colleagues, producing high-precision mechanical parts and assemblies for international customers in the semiconductor industry (including ASML), optical industry, equipment construction and aerospace. The modern machine park has all machining techniques in-house, including milling, turning, grinding, EDM, micro-laser operations and cleanroom activities. Small series mean a lot of variation in your work.
Your daily responsibilities
- Manufacturing complex parts in small to medium series
- Determining clamping methods and work sequence
- Drawing up work instructions
- Checking products and registering deviations
- Following courses to keep developing your skills
- Keeping a clean and tidy workplace
What you bring
- A completed technical education, preferably in CNC manufacturing, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar (EQF level 3 or 4)
- Experience reading technical drawings
- An accurate, precise and focused way of working
- Both independent and a team player
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
What you can expect
- Salary between €3,964 and €4,866 gross per month, including 20% shift allowance, depending on education and experience
- 8% holiday allowance
- 25 holiday days per year
